Plug the Memory Orb into your computer using the included cable. Once connected, it will appear as a removable drive on your computer.

Step 2: Open Your Files

Open the folder containing the video you want to upload. Choose a video saved on your computer — a message, memory, or special moment.

Step 3: Drag & Drop

Simply drag and drop your video file into the Memory Orb folder. No software, no apps, and no setup required.

Step 4: Safely Disconnect

Once the file transfer is complete, safely eject the device from your computer and unplug it.

Step 5: Enjoy

That's it. Your video will automatically play on the Memory Orb, bringing your memory to life instantly.
